The Children of The CornCon Kids’ Hacker Camp and STEM Festival will host 50-100 K-12 students on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the Eastern Iowa Community Colleges urban campus in Davenport, IA. Activities will include coding, ethical hacking, lockpicking, cryptography, hardware hacking, electronics and games and puzzles. There will be competitions and door prizes. All students receive a t-shirt, badge and electronics kit. Lunch will be provided.

Volunteers for the event will be using the Alliance Capture The Flag Platform to teach analytical thinking skills, technical tools, team work and creativity in problem solving.

Registration is $10 per student (additional students are only $5 for families).

The Children of The CornCon is managed by Docent Institute (docent.org) a registered Iowa educational non-profit charity. Docent partners with colleges, industry and professional organizations to provide cybersecurity and career educational activities throughout the year.
