STL Secure Pathways Workshop - Webster University

  • Webster University 470 East Lockwood Avenue Webster Groves, MO, 63119 United States (map)

The Secure Pathways Series is the GCC’s coast-to-coast cybersecurity event series with middle, high school and college students. Our 3-4 hour workshops expose students to a wide swath of cybersecurity careers, skills and resources, along with gamified education through our Capture The Flag Platform. Most importantly, it provides an opportunity for students to interact directly with local cybersecurity professionals, building relationships and gaining real world knowledge on what’s important today.

As a mentor, you’ll be asked to be yourself, share your career experience in bite size chunks and help students through our Capture The Flag game. (Don’t worry, we have helper packets with all of the answers)

We’ll have a host that will moderate the entire program and there is no prep work for you to do, just show up, connect with a few students and have fun. We know you’ll have a great time networking with other local security professionals as well.
