WashU Cyber Roundtable - Readying Your Response

  • Charles F Knight Executive Education Center Snow Way Drive St. Louis, MO, 63130 United States (map)

The Alliance partners with Washington University in St. Louis Missouri on an 8 month long series of roundtable discussions with the leading information security experts from around the country.

Our audience of mid, to senior-level information security professionals gather monthly on campus at the Charles F. Knight Executive Center for a 6 hour session of intensive learning, bench marking and networking.

Each session consists of 3-4 topical discussions around a common theme.

Responding to emerging threats and actual incidents is a way of life for us. And like many complex problems, one of the best ways to be prepared is to understand real world scenarios where companies have built a response program, applied that program to real incidents, end evolved the program based on its efficacy. Join us to walk through some real cases studies and share some of your own experiences.

  • Building an incident response program from the seat of the CISO

  • The legal ramifications to a breach and how to utilize your legal team

  • Working with third party vendors in the case of an incident

  • Mitigating risk through insurance and incident response partners
